- Choose a comfortable position in a cool and quite place or a room. Just lie down slightly slanted towards one side with the abdomen partly supported by a pillow. This is the best way to relax as relaxation is the best way to keep the body healthy.
- Try to clear the mind from distractions and focus on the relaxation period.
- Focus on breathing slowly, deeply, steadily from the abdomen but not from the chest.
- Try to monitor the muscles and also learn to recognize tension in the major muscles group. Also try releasing the tension from the muscles group.
- Try imagining certain beautiful things which can be helpful in reducing stress.
- Try to be calm and enjoy the pleasantness of the time, by knowing that there is a new member coming to birth after few months.
The most important to every pregnant woman during pregnancy is to stay physically and mental strong as it can help the mother and the baby. It can also help the mother in reducing her stress and go through a successful child birth.
