Talk to your doctor before TTC, then you will know if there is anything that will prevent your from conceiving. Most doctors advise you to try before 12 months before contacting them for fertility help as well. But no hurt in checking everything out before hand.

go to your GYNO sit down talk to her and tell her your concerns. that is your best bet. but I am sure you will be able to have a baby

As someone who has had to repeatedly put off having a baby due to health problems, I can sympathize. Depends on your problems. Conception is not a problem for me, it's the meds I have to take. My suggestion is to see your ob/gyn for a pre-conception appointment. My doc was very helpful on that.
