Just looking for some thoughts on miscarriage..?

Ok.. On Feb 19th I called my ob/gyn it was the 3rd day of my period (very heavy) and I had dropped 2 big clots while goin to the bathroom.. They said come over for a blood test you could be having a miscarriage or may be anemic. I go for blood test never hear anything back from them figure no news good news was prolly just a heavy period.. On March 8th get my period again.. Yesterday sitting at work I get a call from my ob/gyn they had supposedly been tryin to reach me for a month funny this is the 1st call I have from them but they tell me Im pregnant Im like impossible I was bleeding clots and have since had a regular period 2 weeks later... They say your blood test showed 5 -6 weeks preg.. You need to come in for another blood test to see if your levels have gone down you prolly did lose it... I took a home preg test it was neg. Still waiting for them to call me from results yesterday.. month to get ahold of me.. I should have had a rhogam shot. I have A- blood type..
I did already find a new Dr. Thanks for all your answersss...

Thats messed up .... I'd be looking to punch someones head in or see what sort of legal action i could take.

You don't need the rhogam shot until a little later into the pregnancy. I think I got mine at around 20 weeks. As for the mix up with the doctor, weird situation. Are they usually this disorganized? You may want to look for another doctor if you are indeed still pregnant. Good luck!

I had 2 m/c before they realized I was a- and gave me rhogam!!

Yup you should have def got that shot if you are a- im a- neg as well aka rh neg and if the baby's blood mixes with yours that can be dangerous to you. I am 15 weeks 5 days prego and had to have the rhogam shot the other day cause i was spotting a lil I sorry to hear about your loss time to look for a new doctor hun good luck
