If I have menstrual cramps, can i be fertile enough to get pregnant?

I'm experiencing some cramps, and i already had my period that ended march 7th, but its march 22ns now, and I feel like im going to get my period soon, im just wondering...if this means im fertile at this point...(mind you jan into feb i got my period twice in a month, soo my period has been a little off the past couple of months...soo i want to know what everyone things...as far as me being fertile enough to get pregnant?

If you are 15 days past your period you maybe ovulating. It is common to have menstrual symptoms at the time of O. In a typical 28 day cycle, one would be very fertile right now.

If you don't want to get pregnant use protection at all times.

Oh, and I have gotten my period twice in a month before.

Based on the answers you gave, Wednesday March 19, 2008 to Sunday March 23, 2008 are the days you are likely to be most fertile, you can always go and get a First Response Ovulation test
