Semen can still be up inside of you & come out when you're inside your girlfriend. However, a women normally begins ovulation about two weeks after her menstrual cycle, so she's probably not pregnant.

Next time, use a condom, please.

Yeah, there is a chance. It has nothing to do with the handjob before though. Unfortunately there is precum. AKA- sperm coming out before you come when you're having sex.
