has anyone experienced this? Eating takes away nausea but it seems to reapear like an ongoing cycle. Like every hour! What should I eat or do to take care of this maddness?

Try saltines or crackers for the upset belly.
Hang in there.

Oh bless, I didn't have any morning sickness in my first three months but I was anaemic and bloody starving all the time.
I've heard that ginger and arrowroot can help with sickness, try ginger tea or arrowroot biscuits, might help!

You get nauseous when your stomach gets empty, and since you now have a baby growing inside of you, your body is having its nutrients (from food and such) taken and given to the baby, leaving you with whatever may be left over. So, nibble on things often. Carry around saltines or fruit and a bottle of water.
However, there's no cure for this. It'll go away whenever your body wants it to. Some women have it for only a few weeks, while others have it throughout the pregnancy. There are also people who never get it.

Very normal.. I went through that... but part of my problem was throwing up what I had eaten. It was such a pain!

ohhh, I can relate, I had that with my 3 pregnancies. I was nauseous the whole time, and I seemed to get hungry much more often, as well. It lasted nearly the entire 9 months each time.
I recommend eating lots of small, healthy meals and snacks through out the day. Even every hour if necessary. Leave some snacks on your night table and eat before you even get out of bed!! Try to balance each snack or meal with some carbs, some protein, some fruit or veggies.
One of my favorites was wheat crackers with some cheese & either apples or pears... or a fruit yogurt with wheat germ or granola. peanut butter, banana and crackers were yummy too. I think that having a balance of carbs, protein, and fruit or veggies helps when the food is digesting to give you a steady supply of energy and prevent you from feeling hungry again as quicklly..
Good luck & God Bless:)

That is exactly what I'm experiencing. I will be 12 weeks tomorrow and hoping it will ease up soon. It's really an individual thing and you have to find what works for you. I would find something that would help one day and then not work the next. If it gets to bad you can ask your doctor and they can prescribe you something to ease the nausea. I thought about it on occasion but I don't want to take medication. I don't really have a cure for you, sorry. Unfortunately it just takes time. How far along are you. Get as much rest as you can. I hope it eases up for you soon.
