Is it normal to suddenly release more than small amount of clear fluids during the 2nd trimester of pregnacy?

It's not like a discharge it was a substaintional amount of clear fluid and I am in the 2nd trimeseter..

Are you at least 24 weeks if so go to labor & delivery NOW!!!! It may be your water rupturing (mine did at 26 weeks) if not that far, call or page OB immediatly!

This is perfectly normal. You should only be concerned if the discharge is thick and discolored, tinged with blood, or has a strong odor.

clear fluid could be amniotic fluid, which you should not be leaking during the second trimester. i know sometimes women leak other fluids, don't know what. but the only way to know for sure and to know you and your baby are okay is to go to the hospital or see your doctor right away!

when i was 6 months preg i reaeased alittle fluid like maybe 2 teaspoons of it and I was ok. im not sure what happend.

It seems that you are leaking amniotic fluid, call your OB RIGHT NOW!

No...you shouldnt leak anything that could mean a leak....which is not good...I would get it looked at by a doctor

first of all dont panic.its possible that it was your water breaking or it couldve been urine.stress incontinence is very common in the second trimester.did it happen while you were coughing,laughing or sneezing?if so thats probably just urine.i know that if i cough real hard i pee on myself a little. i would however call your doc cause its better safe than sorry!!

i kno when i was in my second trimester i leaked clear fluid too but mine was just peepee but i still went to the doctor in case i would suggest u do the amme because we never know for certain unless we check so its better to bee seen by a doctor to confirm that everything is fine for u and ur baby good luck

I had alot, it only gets worse when you get farther along. i'm 5mth prego and have to wear thing panty liners ...its normal unless you have symptoms of an infection
