When are you considered to be in your 3rd trimester?

When you start your 7th month which is around week 30. From the research I've done your first month is actually 6 weeks then every month after that is 4 weeks

i get confused with this stuff too. Every website or book i read about trimesters and months of pregnancy all gives me different answers. So i'm gonna say 3rd trimester begins when u are 29 weeks.

In my pregnancy book What To Expect When Your Expecting it states that the first week of month 7 which is week 28 is the start of your 3rd trimester.. That is the book that I have gone by with both pregnancies, and according to my doctor it is correct...

will it 10 month (40 weeks) of pregnant so about 3 trimester should start when you start your 8 month(29 weeks)
Because 1 trimester is 1-12 weeks and 2 trimester is 13-28 weeks and 3 trimester is start 29-40 weeks.
I been reading my pregnant book it say that way...
