You're just fine. Unless your doctor is concerned you shouldn't be concerned. I also lost weight during my 3rd trimester. I actually lost about 7lbs during that time and I gave birth to a healthy 9lbs 21inches long baby boy!
You're doing fine :o) Hang in there.

it's ok. if the BABY seems to be losing weight, THEN it's a problem. if you are, it's not necessarily a big deal.
you are probably just nervous. i lost weight at the end of my first pregnancy. its not serious unless you loose alot of weight. dont worry!!!

Im almost 37 weeks and the past month has pretty much been the same for me. I stopped growing all toghether and actually lost a lb as well.
If the doctors are really that concerned they'll send you for some ultrasounds to check baby's weight gain and the blood flow with placenta and cord, as they did with me (bla two ultrasounds in 2 days)
Pretty much you're not going to put on too much weight this last month, but your tummy will suddenly explode closer to your due date.
I remember with my first I stopped gaingin weight all toghether last 2 months and then 3 days before labor it seemed as if my belly just bulged and extra 3 inches out. Somehow your body works a way out to make sure baby's safe and getting more nutrients, really cool process.
Enjoy, you're almost there!

lol hehehehehe i was at the beginning of my second trimester and was losing weight my doc told me to eat more too but i couldnt eat more
I believe that i was just eating healthier and the baby gets all the good stuff before we do so im taking it as it comes
You may not be intaking enough calories. You are suppose to eat around 2300 to 2500 calories a day when pregnant. I'm not sure of the risks, which might include a low birth rate.
When you get pregnant your bodies metabolism works faster, so this could be the reason
Maybe You need to eat more bread, rice, pasta, and NUTS! You may probably be low in Carbohydrates!
Goodluck your near the end of your pregnancy not long to go now

As long as it is you who is losing the weight not the baby then everything should be just fine. With my last pregnancy I only gained 11 lbs on the scale but 3 hrs after delivery I weighed 23 lbs less than I did when I got pregnant. So while the baby was gaining weight I was actually losing weight. And I gave birth to a 38 week 6 lb 5 oz healthy baby girl. Who now is 6 and is 60 lbs. so you can definitely lose weight and still be perfectly healthy.

It is totally normal to lose weight in both the 1st and 3rd trimester. With my 7 y/o daughter i lost 8 lbs at the end and she was 7 lb 12 oz. My 3 y/o daughter i lost 16 lbs with her at the end and had to be induced because of it but she was healthy and was 7 lbs 8oz. My 2 y/o daughter I lost 13 lbs with her and she was 7 lb 2 oz. With my son that was born in October I lost 20 lbs at the end with him and he was 8lb 0 oz. I wouldnt stress out about it at all. Im sure your baby will be perfectly healthy.

I am 34 weeks pregnant and at 32 weeks i had found out i lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks i was really concerned but my measurments of my uterus were larger then the time before so my doctor said it was no big deal and that its not uncommon. They will just make sure you are still eating the appropriate amount. And when you switch from eating big meals to little meals you will loose weight, i figured that is why i did, i only at 3 big meals a day and snacks in betwen and now i eat about 4-6 little meals and little meals in between. so your fine and don't worry. don't make yourself eat to much, i know how it makes you feel when your that full and its horrible feeling!! goodluck and congradulations!
