I'm 30 weeks pregnant, and have noticed I've been having alot more aches and pains recently. My pelvic bones ache, I get achy in my lower abdomen. My lower back hurts. Nothing is painful, just uncomfortable. It seems like everyday, it's a new ache or pain. Does anyone else have this, or is it just me? (please note, I had a miscarriage last year, so I'm obsessed with every ache and pain meaning something is wrong, but my Dr told me aches and pains at this point just mean your body is stretching to support the baby... but I Still worry about it)
Thank you. I'm just so scared that something could go wrong. I feel like if I feel any pain, it can't be a good thing... even though logically, I know that given the drastic changes your body goes through, there's bound to be some aches and pains. I wish I wasn't such a mental case ! =(

Welcome to the third trimester. This is when all the pregnancy troubles come back. Aches and pains are perfectly normal at this stage, I am 40 weeks 2 days and can barely move from the sofa! I understand your worries it is normal to panic over every pain, but even at this stage of pregnancy, even if you went into early labour, baby would most likely be fine. My advice is just to count babys kicks and take each kick as reasurrance that baby is fine and well. Good luck with the next few weeks, not long to go!!

that is the one!

During the third trimester, all the aches and pain that you are experiencing right now is normal. All these happened because of the increasing weight of your baby.
