Sometimes it could be from dehydration. Otherwise, it may be just from being in your third trimester! When the baby starts to get bigger, it leaves less room for your lungs to expand, so you might not be getting as much oxygen.
Check with your doctor or midwife at your next appointment. It's probably normal, but they'll be able to tell you for sure.
Feel better soon! I hope this helps!

maybe talk to your doctor about anemia. im 32 weeks and i get weak (right now more then usual due to bronchitis) but im never that weak unless i just got up from laying on my back or if i haven't eaten.

I would call your doctor just to be sure that it isn't anything. There are so many things that could trigger it. It could just be that you are pregnant and it could also be anemia or dehydration. It could also be a sinus infection. I had issues with this early in my pregnancy and it turned out to be a sinus infection. I couldn't even stand to take a shower or blow dry my hair. Your sinuses somehow directly affect your equilibrium. I hope it gets better!!
Good luck and congrats!
