my parents live in a rural area(Vall. Neg.Occ. Philippine.)How can they have internet with out landline phone?

Smart broadband now offers wireless internet. I think it is around 500 pesos per month, but 40 hours only. The good thing about that is that it can be used anywhere that there is a Smart signal.
